Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Pakistan. Here’s what happens after you place your order:
- Order Confirmed β You receive a WhatsApp confirmation message immediately after placing your order.
- Order Processed β Our team verifies and packs your order within 24 hours of placement (business days only).
- Dispatched β Your order is handed to our courier partner within 24β48 hours. You receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and Email.
- Out for Delivery β The courier delivers your order to your provided address within 3β5 business days.
- Delivered β Enjoy your Saadour fragrance! π
Orders placed on Friday after 5pm, Saturday, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and Email. Here’s how to track your order:
- Check your WhatsApp and Email for a dispatch notification with your tracking number
- Visit the courier’s tracking page and enter your tracking number

- Our team monitors all shipments and will proactively notify you of any delays
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Here’s what you need to know:
- Pay in cash directly to the courier when your order arrives
- Please have the exact amount ready β couriers may not always have change
- COD is available on all products and all order values
- You can inspect the outer packaging before payingβif the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately
Repeated refusal of COD orders without a genuine reason may result in restriction from future COD purchases. Please only place an order if you genuinely intend to receive it.
Packaging & Safety
Every Saadour order is carefully packaged to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition:
- All bottles are individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap
- Fragile items are secured with additional padding inside the box
- Each parcel is sealed with Saadour-branded tape for authenticity
- Gift orders are packed in special gift wrapping upon request
We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel. This is required for any damage or exchange claims. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or national events
- Extreme weather conditions
- Courier backlogs during peak seasons (Eid, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched (within 24β48 hours of placement) by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our Return & Exchange Policy upon delivery.
